Build Your Kicking and Punching Power with the Power Hundred Pyramid
I have been working this drill to build on my conditioning and power. Now I want you to join in on the fun and get to work by making it into a contest (Details Below the Video)!
Again, the focus here is on maximum power and a full reset between reps while still keeping proper technique in mind.
The pyramid is as follows 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
How the Contest Works is Simple. The More That You Do, The More Entries That You’ll Receive (Main Prize Valued at 120$):
1 Punch – Power 100 Drill = 1 Entry (Ex: Lead Uppercut)
4 Punches – Power 100 Drill = 5 Entries (Ex: Cross. Lead Hook. Rear Uppercut. Lead Uppercut. Each done separately)
Roundhouse Kick – Power 100 Drill = 2 Entries (Ex: Right Kick)
Both Kicks – Power 100 Drill = 5 Entries
4 Punches + Both Kicks = 20 Entries

*Must be done with a full hip & shoulder reset with each repetition.
*Must be done on the pads, kickshield, or heavy bag – or partner – I’ll give them their own 20 entries for taking the shots 😉
