Harden Your Body | 3 Solo Heavy Bag Drills

Body conditioning isn’t done just to gain a greater ability to absorb damage, it is done to bulletproof your body from folding, from losing energy, and most importantly, to keep a strong stance.

A strong stance allows you to stay in position to counter and minimize your opponent’s ability to score in the eyes of the judges – as it is never really appealing if you are getting folded in half.

Here’s my drill prescription to help you harden your body and Muay Thai stance.
