How to Use the Uppercut Bag with Intent – Boxing & Muay Thai Training

It is time to dust off the uppercut bag! Each bag serves a purpose in training, and if you are a dedicated Nak Muay you know how important solo training is.
70e52e742952ef87ac49c8e748606600I have my favorite bags to use, but unless you have one of these sweet Fairtex “all in one” bags, the uppercut bag is the one to go to when it comes to getting reps in cutting angles, landing straight knees, landing knockout knees to the face, and for getting the perfect placement on your punches.
Sharpen all your weapons and drill the tightest uppercut in the game.. or knee to the face – all is fair game in Muay Thai. I exclusively released this free tutorial from the Boxing for Muay Thai course (Module 2 – Solo Drills) to share with you guys, enjoy!

Sean and I have been working our a** off to release the most comprehensive guide on the web that incorporates the sweet science within the art of eight limbs. It is one thing to have strong boxing, it is another thing when it comes to applying it in Muay Thai. Our aim is to resolve this issue and cut out the stuff that may throw your game off in a traditional boxing environment.
