BREAKDOWN: Max Muay Thai Arm Kick TKO

Our goal recently has been to focus in on the importance and logistics of scoring. One of the highest-scoring and most effective weapons in Muay Thai being the body kick, its attack and defensive counters have been our intricate study. Last week I made the repercussions of consistently blocking with the forearm apparent by setting up this trap.

This week we take a look at the body kick on the receiving end. This intricate breakdown was inspired by a Thai fighter utilizing a hard switch kick to the arm, resulting in a foreseeable TKO of a foreign opponent on Max Muay Thai.
