Obstacles or Excuses? How to make it to the gym EVERYDAY | TMTG #108

Is life full of obstacles? Or is it our mind playing games?

What is the main obstacle getting in the way of you reaching your goals?

I would personally guess that it is not spending enough time on those goals in itself. We are all guilty of rationalizing the obstacles of life, the challenges of having a busy work schedule, a family at home, a long commute, as well as physical and even mental fatigue.

When this episode initially went live on Facebook, it comprised itself of a stream of comments saying,

“I’m guilty of this, this is just what I needed to hear today.”

With that in mind, it is not a guilt speech. Rather. . . it is a realistic look at how we can tackle each and every obstacle that defeats us mentally. Ultimately setting ourselves up for success without having to solely rely on willpower:
