When it comes to solo drills, there is no boxer better to look to than Eddie Abasolo.​ He is the man to go to when it comes to training in the dark and to becoming creative – the technical improvements that Eddie has made in the last two years as a professional fighter speak for themselves.

Many programs are now teaching how to fight from both stances – it is most prominent in the world of Mixed Martial Arts. This assassin has his own philosophy that he teaches when it comes to changing stances, mastered through hours of work complimented by training on his own to perfect this craft. Eddie’s accessory work is his meditation, a way to get creative and to sharpen his skills without beating on his body in addition to the long days that he already puts in at the gym.
