"This Boxing instructional is fantastic! I've always stressed having strong fundamental knowledge of hands to my fighters. Having an understanding of how and when to throw certain punches will set you apart from other fighters. What I like about this series is that you'll be able to use it across any combat sport. Whether it's Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or MMA. That in essence is the type of knowledge you need to be a step ahead. Raise your fight IQ and check it out!”

The Top 5 Lethal Boxing Drills for Muay Thai

Setting Up Knockout Elbows, Knees, and Kicks is Much More Efficient with Killer Boxing.

Elbows, Knees, and Kicks are our main weapons in Muay Thai, but having slick hands will sharpen these weapons. A stiff jab will move your opponent where you need him, having power in your punches will instinctively move your opponent's body and head into your shin. To top it off your hand speed will stiffen your opponent before he finishes his combination.

With the introduction of Bellator Kickboxing, the growth of Glory Kickboxing, and with the evolution of current Muay Thai Athletes - Boxing is becoming an essential part of surviving in the ring.

These 5 drills will provide you with the three main components needed to forge your hands into lethal weapons:

  • Gain Lightening Fast Hand Speed - Drill #1 focuses on snapping out your punches with speed, accuracy, and without showing your opponent what's coming next.
  • Knockout Power - The knockout will come once you put all the drills together and top it off with drill #4 - speed manipulation and drill #5 - old school perfectionism.
  • Technical Savagery - With every drill we focus on technique whilst increasing your speed and power. Drill #2 will put you in a flow of attacking and defending at the same time - savaging your opponents with tight technique.

Train using the drills that will get you the results that you want. These drills have helped my overall technique and gained the recognition of a 1000's of followers. It's your turn to feel the benefits of sharp striking.
