Trick Kick & Punch Technique – Muay Thai & MMA

“Let’s Chill Out..” …Not Really

Mark Dellagrotte, owner of Sityodtong Boston, is one of the original Muay Thai instructors in the states, popularizing the sport by teaching and integrating Muay Thai with some of the best MMA fighters on the planet.

This technique is unique – we all see instructional videos on the basics, on combinations, but rarely do we find body posture techniques, mind trick tutorials or something out of the ordinary. Mark brings you just that in this tutorial:

Mark Dellagrotte spent years of his life training in Thailand. His
techniques have been inspired by high level Thai fighters and
brought to application into the Western striking systems.

Here is an example of this exact technique by Samart Payakaroon.

  1. Mark Delagrotte always brings the heat. A true Jedi in the Science of 8 Limbs. Mind blown…as usual.

  2. Mark Delagrotte is one great instructor. He shows how the sport is not only about the kicks and punches but so much more. Even about the postures and stance. A simple thing can make a big difference inside the ring. Like the video. So Much to learn.
